HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

DESIGN AND CONSULATATION

First we will work with you to find out exactly how you want your lights done. We will then build a custom mockup of your project. From there you can make any changes needed. Once your are set on your design we will get all the lights ordered up and ready to go for the installation day!

INSTALLATION

Our lights are professinal grade lights that need to be custom cut to your house. All of the materials are included and we provide all of the lights! All of the extension cords are custom cut and ran effeciently as possible. We set up the lights to timers which we set to your personal preference. Once the lights are up there are no requirments from the homeowner. The lights will turn on and off at the set times everey day.

MAINTENANCE

Our company covers all repairs and maintenance needed to the lights throughout the season. If a bulb or strand ever goes out, we will be out within 48 hours to fix it!

Removal and Storage

Once the season is over we will scedule a time convientent for you take down the lights. We label all of the lights before we take them down that way they are ready to go for next season. We then box all the lights and store them for the offseason. Removal and storage is included in our price and there are no extra fees!
